Pollinator Meadow Parties

Pollinator Meadow Parties are an opportunity to create or enhance pollinator habitats for butterflies, bees, bats, and much more! Planting native wildflowers provides food and shelter for pollinators. Volunteers may prep the soil for planting, spread seeds, or plant seedlings.

Spending time in nature creating beautiful pollinator meadows...what could be better!

On November 1st, KSLB held our annual Pollinator Meadow Party in partnership with the City of Sugar Land.  KSLB donated 40 native pollinator plants, rakes, compost, and over 114 pounds of native pollinator seeds to increase the pollinator habitat in Brazos River and Sugar Land Memorial Parks. 41 KSLB volunteers planted seed on November 1st with more pollinator parties to follow!
